Futureproof Training
Futureproof Training provides practical training, coaching and structured development programmes designed to help organisations develop confident, capable people. Specialising in managers, leaders and teams, Futureproof delivers a wide range of development opportunities, including people management, leadership, personal development, Women in Business, wellbeing, IT training and tailored development pathways. Training is designed to be practical, relevant and focused on real-world application. Through facilitation, group discussion, coaching, consultation and skills practice, delegates are supported to develop new skills, build confidence and apply their learning effectively in the workplace. Futureproof Training works closely with organisations to design and deliver tailored development programmes that align with business goals, values, behaviours and employee policies. Measurement and evaluation are also built into the development process to help ensure learning is applied and embedded within the workplace. A range of courses are CPD certified, providing additional quality assurance for clients. Futureproof Training is also an ILM Approved Centre, delivering ILM qualifications in People Management, Leadership Development and Strategic Leadership. With 98% of delegates providing good or excellent feedback, Futureproof Training is focused on one clear objective: developing people to help future-proof businesses
